Developing the Skills You Need for the Next Level

HOPS: Vertical Training
The High-Output Performance Program (HOPS) is a specialized performance program designed to help basketball players jump higher, move faster, and become more explosive on the court. This program focuses on developing lower-body power, sprint speed, and quickness through age-appropriate, progressive workouts. Whether you're trying to grab more rebounds, blow by defenders, or finish stronger at the rim, the HOPS program will help you level up your athleticism.
The 300 (& 500!)
The 300 Dribbling Program is a high-rep, high-discipline ball-handling system designed to develop elite-level dribbling, shiftiness, and leg strength. Players complete 300 purposeful dribble reps each session, using a structured progression that challenges control, footwork, and coordination over time. From tight handles to explosive changes of direction, "The 300" builds the confidence and quickness needed to beat defenders and create space.

The 150 (& 250!)
The 150 Shooting Program is a focused, high-repetition system designed to help players build consistent shooting form, sharp footwork, and extended range. With 150 game-like shots per session, athletes progress through a structured sequence that reinforces proper mechanics, balance, and rhythm—laying the foundation for confident, in-game scoring. Whether it’s catch-and-shoot, off-the-dribble, or movement shooting, The 150 trains players to shoot with precision under pressure.
