Refund Policy

Effective Date: July 30, 2025

At Hoops World Elite, we are committed to providing high-quality basketball programs, facilities, and coaching. Because of the significant costs involved in planning, staffing, scheduling, and securing facilities, all payments are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Player injury or illness

  • Scheduling conflicts with other activities

  • Team placement or playing time concerns

  • Weather-related disruptions or cancellations

  • Voluntary withdrawal from the program

  • Any other personal, family, or external reason

Exception – Program Cancellation by Us

If a program, camp, or event is canceled by Hoops World Elite and cannot be rescheduled, families will be offered a credit toward a future program. This credit will be applied to your account and must be used within 12 months of issuance. No cash refunds will be provided.

Why We Have This Policy

When you register, your payment secures a spot in our program. Each registration directly supports costs such as uniforms, equipment, facilities, insurance, coaching staff, and administrative expenses — all of which are committed in advance and cannot be recovered.
